Adds Docker support for the ExploreDNS application.

  • Dockerfile.cli: Multi-stage build for the CLI binary
  • Dockerfile.web: Multi-stage build for the web server
  • .gitea/workflows/ci.yml: CI pipeline to build and push Docker images to the Gitea registry

Closes HAN-404
