Improves test coverage across all core internal/ packages to exceed the 80% target.

output: Tests for rrDataString, summaryTypeLabel, containsString, collectServers, serverName, all text/JSON formatter methods, RunTraversal, collectUniqueServerIPs
traverse: Tests for SetHooks, newAQuery, ensureRDFalse, ResolveNS, resolveGlueViaSystem, Referral.Resolve, processReferral, non-Fast mode traversal with hooks

All tests pass with go test ./....
